Luxembourg has been evolving its approach to openness and accountability, particularly since its formal withdrawal from the Open Government Partnership (OGP) in 2002. While continuing to modernise its governance, the country is navigating how to enhance transparency and citizen engagement within its distinct environment and governmental priorities.

Luxembourg for Transparency (L4T), in partnership with the Europe Technology & Collective Intelligence for Citizens (ETICC), invited participants to a focused look at transparency and open governance in Luxembourg.
