The Intelligence Triad: Elevating STRs
Luxembourg for Transparency and the OSCE invite participants to a hybrid event exploring how public, private and civil-society actors can work together to elevate suspicious transaction reporting (STRs).
The discussion will focus on public–private partnerships, engagement with FIUs and regulators, and how civil-society insights can strengthen financial intelligence and anti-financial-crime efforts.
In-person attendance at Arendt House is limited to 50 places; live-stream participation is unlimited.

Luxembourg has been evolving its approach to openness and accountability, particularly since its formal withdrawal from the Open Government Partnership (OGP) in 2002. While continuing to modernise its governance, the country is navigating how to enhance transparency and citizen engagement within its distinct environment and governmental priorities.
Luxembourg for Transparency (L4T), in partnership with the Europe Technology & Collective Intelligence for Citizens (ETICC), invited participants to a focused look at transparency and open governance in Luxembourg.
